Made entirely from Hondurrabi Beltza grapes, the wine undergoes 24 hours of skin maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel using indigenous yeast. The wine is bottled young without aging to preserve some natural CO2, giving it a slight effervescence.
