The Domaine Pierre Deville has been cultivating vines for 4 generations in Verzy, a village classified as 100% Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims. They have been producing their own Champagne under their own name since 1963, and today the young great-grandson of the founder - Alban Corbeaux - continues and protects the family traditions. Currently there are 5 hectares of vineyards belonging to the property, planted respectively with 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir all distributed in the terroir of Verzy.
Since 2016, Alban has decided to start working in an organic/biodynamic way, with the greatest respect for the terroir and in the most natural way possible. In the winery the goal is to be as natural as in the vineyard with a minimum of interventions to respect the wine. The new Cuvèes Copin created by the new generation are 2: one is 100% Chardonnay and the other 100% Pinot Noir, both from Lieux-Dits of old vineyards and produced in extremely limited quantities.
