Culled from a unique blend that dates back to 1997, the "Solera" combines 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir all grown from their biodynamically farmed vines within Mareuil-sur-Ay. Every year, 30% of the large "Solera" is racked off for secondary fermentation and replaced with 30% new wine. The result of this painstaking process is a wine that manages a continuous representation of terroir.
