Sven Enderle’s 2022 Vintage
There’s a quiet confidence in these wines. The kind that comes from someone who’s been doing this at a high level for a long time.
After years as the driving force behind Enderle & Moll, Sven Enderle has emerged on his own. The 2022s are his first solo vintage, and they absolutely sing; soulful, small production Pinot Noirs from Baden that manage to be both featherlight and structured, earthy and lifted, rustic and refined.
We currently have two of his wines in stock:
•2022 Sven Enderle Pinot Noir – $55
Don’t let “entry-level” fool you. This has all the perfume, nervy acid, and gentle grip you could ask for in a weeknight Burgundy substitute. I’ve been drinking it at home and loving every glass.
•2022 Sven Enderle Keuper Pinot Noir – $80
From the prized Keuper soils, this is a step up in depth and tension. Darker fruit, more structure, but still unmistakably elegant and alive.
These wines are biodynamic, unfiltered, unfined, and made with very little sulfur. They’re honest. Thoughtful. And a standout start to what promises to be a killer next chapter for one of Germany’s most talented winemakers.
