60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are manually harvested, de-stemmed then macerated in stainless steel vats for 18 days. Pressed wine and free-run wine are separated when removed from vats. Malolactic fermentation is done separately and the wine is aged in concrete vats for 12 months before bottling.
