Biodynamic. 100% Gruner Veltliner. From three hectares of old vines (no clones), grown on the loess terraces of Goldberg with southern exposure in their own microclimate. Only the best mature berries are selected, fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks. After a longer aging on the lees, the wine is pre-filtered using diatomite and bottled in spring. Clean and energetic, with a slightly rustic feel. Aromas and flavors of orange, lime zest, and unripe pineapple.
