Plume is the brain child of a Gevery-Chamertin-born Aymerick Geantet, an exciting winemaker, who spent many years at the renowned Domaine Prieuré Roch. The unembellished approach in harvest through élevage for both the red and white cuvées- destemming, vinifying in stainless steel, aging for 10 months in old oak barrels allows Aymerick to craft, elegant, honest terroir-driven Chardonnay, Pinot, Noir and Savagnin.
