100% Cortese from Ulivi's estate vines in and around Gavi. As always, the fruit was destemmed and spontaneously fermented in tank and barrel and then aged 6 months+ in a gigantic 11,000-liter oak cask, with no sulfur added at any point. This is Ulivi's entry-level white, the crown cap indicative of its intended glou-glou nature.
