100% Pinot Noir. Sustainably-Farmed. The Marsannay "Vieilles Vignes" is a blend of different terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. The grapes come from vines that are over 40 years old. Harvesting is done by hand and manually-sorted on arrival in the cellar. The grapes are then 100% de-stemmed before being put into vats. After a pre-fermentation cold maceration of 4 to 5 days, the grapes are fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts. Aged 50% in vats and 50% in barrels.for 10 months.
