The adventure of Domaine de Bichery began in 2013 when Raphael Piconnet took over a part of the vineyard from his family. He realised his dream with the marvellous 2015 harvest, when, with the help of his wife Hannah, he decided to make his wines for the first time in "la grange", the small cuvérie behind the house. Hannah, from Germany, and Rapahaël, from France, precisely from Meurville in the Côte des Bar, met in 2012 in Bordeaux, when he was working at Château Pape Clément while she was employed at the Chambre de Commerce et Industrie. There they came up with the idea of the project "Domaine de Bichery* The vineyards spread over two villages, Neuville-sur-Seine and Gye-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar - the southern part of the Champagne region. The wines are obtained from ripe, carefully selected grapes with low yields. They do not blend vintages or terroirs, ensuring that each Cuvée reflects the unique vintage and plot of origin. Since 2019, after 3 years of compulsory conversion, all vineyards of Domaine de Bichery - around 8 hectares - have been certified in Organic Farming

The 2019 vintage is the base for this rich and balanced Champagne Brut Nature (o g/U, produced in limited quantities of only 6.399 bottles and 90 magnums.
