It is predominantly sourced from Rhinefarm’s Arrowhead Mountain—a higher-elevation, steep hillside site with rocky volcanic and alluvial soils that promote slow, even ripening and concentrated flavors. This Cabernet is balanced and nuanced, offering layers of blackcurrant, ripe blackberry, cocoa, tobacco, and dark spice. Deep garnet and medium-plus bodied, it shows polished tannins and a silky texture.
