About the Producer

Vincent Dancer is an estate rooted in the Côte de Beaune with a philosophy that the vineyard is where the wine is made. Since initiating organic certification (and vineyard re-plantings) the domaine has steadily built a reputation for refined yet expressive wines. Through disciplined viticulture, low yields and minimal winemaking interference, Dancer’s wines reflect the soil—clay and limestone in this case—and the vintage, with a distinctive clarity and elegance. With younger generation involvement (his son Theo) the estate is evolving while maintaining its terroir-first mindset.
