DQTMT is 100% organic-certified Pinot Noir on Kimmeridgian from Loic Naudinot, whose name is on the front label. Amaury did it as a collaboration with Loic, in the sense that the grapes are Loic's but all the winemaking is Amaury's. This release is from the 2020 vintage.

DQTMT was fermented and aged the same way as his Jardinot - 20 months in a combination of demi-muids and barrels.
