Talley Vineyards then launched Bishop’s Peak, another line of wines named after SLO’s popular local landmark to reflect their distinctiveness and regional diversity. Some of the places are owned by growers and some by the Talley family, with all sharing common goals and values in local sustainability. Talley Vineyards specializes in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the two most popular varietals grown in the Central Coast.
