This Mâcon-Villages blend includes our "not right enough" barrels of Viré-Clessé « La Verchère », Saint-Véran « En Combe », Pouilly-Fuissé « En Carementrant », etc. This is not a new Cuvée but it has only recently been made available outside of France. Despite not being a "grand cuvée," this wine is of excellent quality and stands out from the usual plonk. It is particularly well-suited for pairing with goat cheese from the Mâconnais region.
