This side project was started by Géraud of Marnes Blanches. He sources grapes from his friends in other regions of France and creates fun and youthful wines. This cuvée is made from Grenache with 2 week cold carbonic maceration, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Playful and light on its feet at 10.5 % abv.
