Crafted by Hannah and Raphaël using 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the single plot near Neuville-sur-Seine, the Côteaux Champenois Rouge En Val Lige 2022 by Domaine de Bichery is a special limited edition red wine. Vinification takes place in used barrels with no sulphites, preserving the wine's authenticity. The inviting aromatic profile features notes of cherries, small red fruits, and delicate florals, while the palate seamlessly combines the spicy character of Champagne with the fresh and fruity elegance of Burgundy. Only 799 bottles were produced, making this a truly unique and artisanal wine.
