From the Winery
Our estate is located in the heart of Sancerrois, in the small wine-growing village of Bué. Family vineyard for several generations, we exploit 12 ha including 8.5 ha in Sauvignon for the production of white Sancerre as well as 3.5 ha of Pinot Noir for the production of red and rosé Sancerre. We cultivate our vines in a very reasoned way with an organic tendency in order to respect our plants and our terroirs. Our wines come from different types of soil and we have chosen to promote different cuvées on renowned places in the village in order to show a range of terroirs such as "caillotes", "limestone" and "clay-limestone" (Kimmeridgian marls ).
