Rosé wine. Southern Rhône, France. Organic. 70% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre. From the lieu dit "La Moutte," this tiny production rosé is from mostly 45 year old Cinsault planted in 1970, and 10-15 year old Grenache and Syrah. Medium-bodied, supple and quaffable effort that gives up plenty of wet strawberry, cherry and underbrush-like aromas and flavors. It's well made and thoroughly enjoyable.
