- Vine Age: 1.0 ha planted in 1951, 0.8 ha planted in 2008, 2016 and 2017
- Terroir: From the Les Rentards (Les Rangs Tard) plot within the Les Labourons lieu-dit, on a slope just below the domaine, 350m altitude, north-facing, the name refers to the late-ripening tendency here, on deep decomposed granite soils.
- Viticulture: Organic (in conversion since 2022). Goblet and éventail training, double cordon de royat pruning. The 1 ha planted in 1951 was planted with 10,000 vines/ha and the remaining 0.8 ha was planted with 8,000 vines/ha.
- Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 2-4 week ambient yeast fermentation with semi-carbonic maceration in concrete tanks, 2 pump-overs per day, aged for 8 months in concrete tanks, no fining, no filtration, SO2 added after malolactic fermentation (approx. 30 ppm total at bottling).
