Uva Rara grapes come from an indigenous vine that has almost disappeared from Upper Piedmont. The Negri siblings believe this grape is an authentic gem that combines great drinkability, fruit, depth of taste and frankness at the same time, resulting in a great symphony. A wine that dives right into the fruit and “opens your mouth" as their grandfather loved to say. It is a cherished memory of the family, which they included on the label (La fa gni la buca larga).
