A wine obtained from a single vineyard located almost 1300 meters above sea level, surrounded by the woods. About 10 different indigenous varieties directly pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel vats. The refinement in steel is marked by bâtonnage in order to confer softness and balance the high acidity due to the altitude, which also allows this wine, like all Maletto wines, a high aging capacity. The refinement is about ten months in steel and six months in bottle.
