From Pineau d'Aunis vines up to 100 years old in Touraine, Jean-Christophe is a rising star in the Loire. Whole cluster fermentation for 15 days, then pressed into barriques and demi-muids for a year. A light-bodied and colored dry red, it is delicate, yet savory and spicy.
