Composition #2 is a white coteaux champenois. The blend is half Pinot Meuniers and half Pinot Noir. The idea was to take some distance from the usual coteaux champenois and not looking for a burgundy style. So, with low intervention and a natural approach, this wine really focuses on the meuniers aspect from the Champagne terroir.
