FLOW is a novel wine from Lenkey's collection - an unoaked, relatively young blend of native Furmint grapes from several of Lenkey's strictly controlled volcanic vineyards in Mád, Tokaj. The grapes were hand-picked and fermented spontaneously in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine remained in tank for 6 months and was aged in bottle for 2 years. The wine has waxy, herbal aromas, with flavors like apples, apricots and melon on the palate. Organic farming, unfiltered and rough fining only.
