50% Mourvèdre, 25% Carignan and 25% Grenache and Cinsault
Made from grapevines averaging 20 years old, grown in clay, silica, and limestone soils, this rosé undergoes a six-month elevage process on fine lees in tanks to allow the terroir to fully shine through. Composed of 50% Mourvèdre, 25% Carignan, and 25% Grenache and Cinsault, it features aromas of pomelo and candied orange, followed by a lively attack and full-bodied structure. The finish is long and highlighted by hints of citrus.
