Daniel Chotard Sancerre Blanc 2023

100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone and clay soils in the Loire Valley, fermented in stainless steel. Lemon and grapefruit notes with subtle herbs and mineral character.

Chiussuma Pajarin 2021

 A northern Italian white from Alpine vineyards, made from Erbaluce and fermented in tank. Flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and herbs with bright acidity and a clean, dry finish. Refreshing and just a little unexpected.

Jeremy Quastana VdF Mimi 2022

A southern French red made primarily from Grenache, fermented with whole clusters and aged in neutral vessels. Juicy red berries, spice, and a touch of earth with moderate tannin and a medium body. Easy drinking but with enough character to hold up to a range of dishes.

Château La Vieille Cure La Sacristie 2013

A Bordeaux with a nice amount of age, ready to elevate roasted dishes. Plum, dark cherry, tobacco, and cedar notes with soft tannins and a mellow texture.

Terroir al Limit Priorat Historic Negre 2018

A bold, rich blend of Garnacha and Cariñena from Priorat, fermented with a portion of whole clusters and aged in neutral oak. Dark cherry, blackberry, and herbal notes with a structured palate and mineral undertone. Pairs perfectly with slow-braised dishes and is ideal for lovers of big, bold reds.
