Cuvée de Chaos comes from the oldest vines in the Grand Pré site in Fleurie -- the vines range between 60 and 100 years old. It's a rare example of a tete de cuvée that is lighter in body, though richer in complexity. Like everything at the domaine, this wine is naturally vinified without any added yeast or SO2.
